Refund & Return Policy

At TrendKart, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

• To start a return, contact us at anaskhan011997@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized/customized items, and items marked as final sale, cannot be returned.
